What does a Myotherapy session involve?
During a Myotherapy session Thomas will take a detailed history from you where we uncover the likely causes of your issues. From work life balance to childhood sporting careers much will be discussed in order to gather a clear indication of what are the likely causes of pain and dysfunction.
Then Thomas will use assessment methods such as range of motion, strength/resistance tests and palpation to start to understand the origins and locations of your key issues.
